Join the Lady Raiders and Play 4 Kay on Sunday

LUBBOCK, Texas - The Texas Tech women's basketball team will wear their pink Under Armour uniforms proudly on Sunday, Feb. 12 when the Lady Raiders take on Iowa State at 1:30 pm. and want fans to come out and enjoy all the fun at United Spirit Arena.
All fans that show up in their pink to help support "Play 4 Kay" and the Kay Yow Cancer Fund will be able to purchase tickets at a discount $5 price in the lower bowl. All tickets in the upper balcony are also $5.
Play 4Kay is an opportunity for a nation of coaches to raise breast cancer awareness and funds for research on the court, across campuses, in communities and beyond. The official charity is the Kay Yow Cancer Fund in partnership with The V Foundation and Women's Basketball Coaches Association (WBCA).
The first 500 fans that arrive for Sunday's game will receive free pink pom-poms to cheer on the Lady Raiders against the Cyclones and those participating in the Pink Treadmill Party to help raise funds for the Kay Yow Cancer Fund.
Fans will be able to enjoy a number of displays and set ups around the game and during it, including a Health Fair on the West concourse starting at 12:30pm sponsored by the Covenant Health Systems, pink streamer drop by the Saddle Tramps prior to tip-off, halftime performances by area school cheerleaders as well as the Texas Tech Spirit Squads, a check presentation by United Supermarkets and General Mills to the Kay Yow Cancer Fund for $10,000 & $5,000 presentation for the Marsha Sharp Leadership Circle
And don't miss a special 800 wins banner presentation and video tribute at halftime to honor Tech's 800th win in program history earlier this season.
