National Signing Day Special Presented by Nissan will air from 8-11 a.m. exclusively on TexasTech.com
LUBBOCK, Texas – The future stars in scarlet and black will be unveiled Feb. 7 when Texas Tech hosts its National Signing Day Special Presented by Nissan live on TexasTech.com as well as the department's official Facebook page and @TexasTechFB on Twitter.

The show will originate from the United Supermarkets Arena studio with host Robert Giovannetti and appearances throughout the morning from Taylor Peters, Adam Doyle and the Texas Tech Sports Network's own Chris Level.

The National Signing Day Special will be the exclusive home for inside coverage of Texas Tech's 2018 signing class as the show will feature interviews with head coach Kliff Kingsbury as well as defensive coordinator David Gibbs, offensive coordinator Kevin Johns and other members of the Red Raider coaching staff.

The show begins at 8 a.m. CT with a rundown of Texas Tech's signees from the early signing period that was held in December. Several members of that early signing class will be featured throughout the broadcast, notably mid-year enrollees Alan Bowman, Troy Bradshaw, Sterling Galban, Jaylon Hutchings and Myller Royals.

The three-hour show will also feature an interview with soccer coach Tom Stone, who will have his program signing another highly-ranked class that day. Director of Athletics Kirby Hocutt, men's basketball coach Chris Beard, track and field coach Wes Kittley and baseball skipper Tim Tadlock will also join the crew in studio throughout the morning.

Fans are invited to watch in person and great the Tech coaching staff as they arrive prior to each segment during the show. The United Supermarkets Arena lobby will open at 8 a.m. that morning with breakfast provided while supplies last. Fans are encouraged to park in the north arena lots.

Signing Day coverage will continue later that afternoon when the National Signing Day Special airs on FOX Sports Southwest. The condensed 30-minute show will debut at 4:30 p.m. and then re-air multiple times throughout the week on both FOX Sports Southwest and FOX College Sports.

In addition to the two broadcasts, TexasTech.com will have extensive coverage of the signing class with player bios, highlights and coaches' interviews added shortly after each National Letter of Intent is signed and verified. Tech will also feature each signee via its social media channels - @TexasTechFB on Twitter, TexasTech_FB on both Instagram and Snapchat and then "TechAthletics" on YouTube.
Red Raider fans can currently lock in their seats for the 2018 season by either becoming a new season ticket holder or by renewing their season tickets online. For questions regarding season tickets, please contact the Texas Tech Ticket Office at 806-742-TECH.
