Gameday Employment
Texas Tech Athletics is looking for seasonal, gameday and part-time employees to assist with Red Raider home games and events while providing West Texas hospitality to guests at Galaxy Stadium, United Supermarkets Arena and Rip Griffin Park.
Positive, helpful team members who enjoy interacting with guests and want to help create an outstanding experience at Texas Tech Athletics events.
All job applicants must be at least 18 years old.
If you are comfortable being on the front line to greet and thank visitors, value each guest's experience, listen and help solve problems, you may be exactly who we are looking for.
Our Service Standard
Event staff are expected to work in a professional, friendly and efficient manner; make guests feel welcome; provide assistance when needed; and help ensure a positive experience from arrival through departure.

Available Positions
Usher
- Be observant by listening, watching and remaining aware of activity in the assigned area.
- Assist guests with seating, directions and stadium-related questions or concerns.
Ticket Scanner
- Welcome guests as they arrive at the venue.
- Ensure each ticket is properly scanned before a guest enters the stadium.
Stadium Patrol
- Monitor guest areas and remain alert for disorderly conduct or other concerns.
- Assist guests as needed and help maintain a safe, welcoming environment.
Visual
- Serve as part of the stadium's front-line security screening operation.
- Check guests and belongings for prohibited items.
Customer Service Attendant
- Greet guests and provide assistance throughout the assigned area.
- Periodically check stairwells and other common areas for guest or facility concerns.
- Be familiar with the assigned level, including suite and seating-section locations.
Maintenance
- Work in a professional, friendly and efficient manner and assist with additional duties as requested.
- Help maintain the cleanliness of the stadium.
- Work under the supervision of Stadium Maintenance staff.
