Houston Red Raider Club Coming Up

HOUSTON, Texas - Head football coach Spike Dykes and athletic director Gerald Myers are among the athletic staff that are scheduled to attend the annual Houston Red Raider Club Day scheduled for Tuesday, July 28 at Old Orchard Golf Course.
Registration for the event begins at 11:30 a.m. and the $150 entry fee includes golf, lunch, beverages and dinner. All proceeds from the event will benefit the Texas Tech athletic department student-athlete scholarship fund.
"I am really looking forward to visiting with our supporters from Houston," said Dykes, who will be in Houston for the annual THSCA coaching school. "We have a lot of support in Houston and it is always fun to see everyone. I hope a lot of people come out to show their support for Texas Tech athletics on July 28. I can promise a fun day."
Also scheduled to attend the event are offensive line coach Clovis Hale, tight ends/offensive tackles coach David Moody and defensive ends coach Doyle Parker, as well as Senior Associate Athletic Director Steve Locke.
