NCAA Membership Financial Report
The NCAA requires all Division I institutions to submit an annual online report of athletics revenues, expenses, and related information, which is reviewed by the institution’s Chief Executive Officer before it is filed with the NCAA. The Equity in Athletics Disclosure Act (EADA)
The Equity in Athletics Disclosure Act (EADA) requires co-educational postsecondary institutions that participate in Title IV federal student financial aid programs and sponsor intercollegiate athletics to submit an annual report to the U.S. Department of Education on athletic participation, staffing, and revenues and expenses by men’s and women’s teams. The Department uses this information to prepare its required report to Congress on gender equity in intercollegiate athletics.
