NCAA Selects Division I Baseball Regionals in Monday Teleconference

LUBBOCK, Texas - The National Collegiate Athletic Association announced Monday the eight regional sites of the NCAA Baseball Championships. Texas Tech, which put in a bid to host a regional, was not selected to host for the first time in three years.
The eight schools selected to host each six-team regional include Clemson (East), Miami, Fla. (Atlantic 1), Florida State (Atlantic 2), Florida (South 1), LSU (South 2), Wichita State (Midwest), Texas A&M (Central), Stanford (West).
No dollar numbers on the bids were discussed in the teleconference.
