Ovin/Hernandez advance at Lady Seminole Classic

TALLAHASSEE, Fl. -

Alenka Ovin and Ghislaine Hernandez defeated Brandy Perry and Kelly Walker of Georgia Southern to advance to the semifinals of the doubles "b" consolation bracket of the Lady Seminole Classic on Saturday.

Ovin and Hernandez will be in action on Sunday versus Judith Boban and Lucy Altman of Auburn.

Ovin, Tech's only remaining competitor in singles competition, was defeated by Isabella Kling of Georgia Southern 4-6, 7-5, 6-1 in the consolation bracket of singles "a" competition. Kling also defeated Tech's Amanda Earhart in consolation play.
