Inclement Weather Postpones Softball Game

LUBBOCK, Texas - The Texas Tech softball game against Nebraska scheduled to be played this afternoon was postponed and will be made up Sunday. The teams will play a double-header with the first game scheduled for 11 a.m. and the second game following at 1 p.m.

Heavy rains overnight in Lubbock made the playing field at the Texas Tech Recreational Intramural Complex unplayable. The grounds crew worked on the field all afternoon before officials called the game off at 3:45 p.m.
