Goin' Band Golf Classic Set for July 8

LUBBOCK, Texas - Texas Tech's award-winning Goin' Band from Raiderland will conduct its Fourth Annual Goin' Band Golf Classic on Thu., July 8, at The Rawls Course with an 8 a.m. CT shotgun start. Proceeds from the tournament will benefit the program in the form of scholarships, instruments, uniforms and travel.

Entry fee for the event is $85 per person or $320 per team. Participants may enter the event on-line at www.goinbandgolfclassic.com or contact John Severe at (806) 239-8025. Deadline for the event is Wed., July 7.

Included in the entry fee are green fee, golf cart, range balls and lunch.
