On behalf of our student-athletes, coaches and staff, Texas Tech Athletics would like to wish Red Raider fans all over the globe a very Merry Christmas.

This past year has been a special one here in Raiderland and we want to take a moment and say thank you to our outstanding fans. Without you our success on the field and in the classroom would not be possible. Your financial contributions, attendance at events and loyal support made 2005 a year for the record books.

As special as 2005 was to all of us, we know that even bigger things lie on the horizon in 2006. Texas Tech will ring in the New Year in style as the Red Raiders play Alabama in the Cotton Bowl on Jan. 2 and we are confident that this is just the first of many great things to come.
