Texas Tech Softball Game Postponed

DENTON, Texas - As feared, rain and cold weather has moved into Denton forcing Texas Tech and North Texas to look for another date to play a softball game this season. The coaches will check their schedules to see when play might fit in around their conference schedules, but a cancelation of the series in 2010 is possible.
The Red Raiders, now 13-1 amid an 11-game winning streak, return home to Lubbock this morning and will prepare to host Houston Baptist for a double header on Wednesday and then welcome Boise State and Wichita State to Rocky Johnson Field for the second of three, three-team tournaments hosted by Tech. The tournament begins on Friday and continues through Sunday.
