Cooking Seminar Makes a Debut

LUBBOCK, Texas - The seminars will be led by a registered dietician. Each seminar takes a "hands on" approach in which every student-athlete who participates will be creating their own meals from scratch.
The Cooking Seminar will be a four part series focusing on either breakfast, lunch, dinner or snacks. Each session will be held in the Human Sciences Food Lab during evening hours.
The dates for the programs are:
February 7th
March 8th
March 23
April 19th
There are only 20 spots available for each seminar. Those student-athletes who wish to participate must contact Danielle Matthews in the Marsha Sharp Center in order to register.
