Red Raider Fans can show their team spirit and support of Texas Tech Football from all around the great state of Texas. The Sea of Red extends far beyond Lubbock on the Giant Side of Texas as the entire state is passionate about Red Raider Football.
The goal is to fill in the entire state of Texas in a Sea of Red by the first home football game on September 1. To participate, log onto www.texastech.com/showyourpride, enter your full name, hometown, county, email address and upload a photo of yourself, family members and/or friends in Texas Tech apparel. All photos will be featured in a special album on the Texas Tech Athletics Official Facebook fan page at www.facebook.com/ttuathletics. Counties represented by each of the submitted fan photos will turn red on the state map.
Photo submissions will also be entered in to weekly prize drawing and one lucky Texas Tech fan will be randomly drawn from all entries on August 31 as the winner of an Ultimate Gameday Experience Package against the University of Oklahoma on October 6 which includes two sideline passes to enjoy the pre-game activities and experience kick-off with a direct view of the action, two tickets to the game, a complimentary parking pass in a very close proximity to Jones AT&T Stadium, two autographed Coach Tommy Tuberville Gameday Programs plus a two night stay at the Ashmore Inn and Suites.
