Gabby Barker to play in 16th annual World University Championships
LUBBOCK. Texas – Gabby Barker will represent Team USA in the 16th annual World University Championships held at the Planchetorte golf course in Brive, France, and feature golfers from all over the world, including China, South Africa, Switzerland and Germany.
Barker is one of just three women representing the United States and will be joined by Michigan State's Sarah Burnham and Northwestern's Stephanie Lau.

Barker enjoyed an incredibly successful 2015-16 campaign that saw the Caldwell, Idaho, native card five top-five finishes including a pair of first place finishes on the season.
Barker finished her sophomore season as the Big 12 Player of the Year. Barker held the No. 1 ranking by GolfStat three times in the 2015-16 season, earning the ranking in October and in back-to-back weeks in February.Â
