Texas Tech will play 18 holes Tuesday morning in a shortened tournament format
LUBBOCK, Texas – The opening two rounds of the Dickson Invitational were rained out Monday morning, cutting the tournament to a single-round, 18-hole format that will begin Tuesday morning at The Woodlands Country Club outside of Houston.

Texas Tech will remain paired with Kent State and UTSA on Tuesday morning when play opens with an 8 a.m. shotgun start. The Red Raiders are one of eight schools ranked in the top 50 of the latest Golfstat poll to be competing in this week's 17-team field.

Weather has dampened the Dickson Invitational since Tech arrived Saturday afternoon. The Red Raiders' practice round Sunday was cut short due to rain and thunderstorms are possible once again on Tuesday.
