Texas Tech Announces Change in Remaining Schedule

Red Raiders will now take part in the Cowgirl Match Play on April 11-12 in Stillwater
LUBBOCK, Texas – Texas Tech women's golf coach JoJo Robertson announced Tuesday a change in the program's remaining spring schedule as the Red Raiders will now take part in the Cowgirl Match Play event hosted by Oklahoma State on April 11-12.

The match-play format replaces Tech's previously-scheduled trip to the Houston Oaks Invitational. The Red Raiders will be one of four teams at the Stillwater Country Club as Tech will face the host Cowgirls as well as Oklahoma and Tulsa.

This will be the final tune-up test for the Red Raiders prior to the Big 12 Championships as Tech will travel to the Bruzzy Challenge this next week prior to heading to Oklahoma State. The Bruzzy Challenge begins Sunday with 36 holes followed by a final 18 on Monday.

The Red Raiders will tee off the three-day Big 12 Championships on April 18 at the Club at Carlton Woods in The Woodlands, just outside of Houston. It will be Tech's final tournament prior to learning its NCAA Regional fate the following week.
