Red Raiders steady in week seven polls

Tech climbs to 19 in RPI, remains steady in other rankings
LUBBOCK, Texas – The Red Raiders (24-9, 5-1) are in the top 15 in most polls after week sevens updated rankings came out.
Tech sits at No. 13 in the USA Softball and Softball America polls, No. 14 in the NFCA poll and No. 16 in the D1Softball poll.
The Red Raiders did jump up to 19 in the RPI, their highest ranking since the initial one dropped four weeks ago.
Tech will remain on the road as they face Kansas in a Big 12 showdown.
