WALL OF FAME Texas Tech Athletics wants each of our Tech Athletics Ambassadors members to grow their knowledge of sports marketing and make contacts that will help them in the future. Check out what current and former Tech Athletics Ambassadors members are up to now. Former Members Courtney Foster From June - August 2014, Foster served as the Nike media planner intern at Razorfish - one of the world's largest interactive agencies. Razorfish provides services including web development, media planning and buying, technology and innovation, emerging media, analytics, mobile, advertising, creative, social influence marketing and search. Foster assisted in the planning and implementation of digital media campaigns. Notable campaigns Foster helped create are World Cup, Nike Hoops: KD VII, The Baddest, and Nike Football: Never Finished. Foster said her four years with the Texas Tech Athletics Department made her standout among other candidates who applied for her internship at Razorfish. She knows she will use the knowledge she gained at Tech as she continues her sports marketing career. Braden McDaniel McDaniel's time with Texas Tech Athletics helped him land internships and later a full time job in the world of NASCAR. In the summer of 2013, he served as the marketing internship Texas Motor Speedways. While there we hosted the IndyCar Series and the NASCAR Camping World Truck Series, along with a variety of other events throughout the summer. Following graduation, McDaniel worked for Lubbock Speedway as their Track Manager. He continues to move up in the world of NASCAR and currently is the Sales Manager with the Shell and Pennzoil Grand Prix of Houston. "I have met some great people at all the places I've been. Especially the ones I got to work with as a member of the Tech Athletics Ambassadors," McDaniel said. "I wouldn't be where I am today if it wasn't for the Tech Athletics Ambassadors getting me pointed in the right direction and giving us a chance to be a part of something bigger and gain real experiences in a live event situation. Every email I send the first line in my signature reads, 'Thanks and Wreck 'Em Tech'" Caroline Trujillo Trujillo is currently employed at Fleishman Hillard, one of the world's largest public relations and marketing agencies. Fleishman Hillard has 111 agencies in 29 countries. Caroline currently monitors media coverage and reports for some of Fleishman Hillard's most high-profile clients. Courtney Foster interned with the Texas Tech Athletics Department from 2010-2014. Foster started as a Tech Athletics Ambassadors member working events and worked her way up to Head Game Day Intern for football, men's basketball, baseball and soccer and Office Assistant. Foster received her undergraduate degree from Texas Tech with a Bachelor of Arts in Public Relations. In August of 2014, she also earned Master of Arts in Sports Media from Texas Tech.
Braden McDaniel was an intern with the Texas Tech Athletics Department from 2010 to 2013. McDaniel held game day responsibilities for football, soccer, volleyball, women's basketball, men's basketball and baseball. In 2013, McDaniel served as the lead of Raider Alley on football game days. He graduated from Texas Tech in December 2013 with a degree in University Studies.
Caroline Trujillo interned with the Texas Tech Athletics Department from 2009-2012. During her time at Texas Tech, Trujillo helped implement game day promotions and fan engagement strategies for football, men's basketball, women's basketball, baseball, soccer, volleyball and softball. She graduated from Texas Tech with a Bachelor's of Arts in Public Relations in 2012.
