Becton worked for an oil company, Amerada Hess, while living in Houston. She moved to Marble Falls to retire, but after a short retirement was asked to assist and become an integral part of helping Dr. Bobbie Walker in starting up the Highland Lakes Texas Tech campus in Marble Falls. In 2003, Becton made a decision to move back to Lubbock and was hired to work for the Athletics Business Office at Texas Tech. Becton came to work for Red Raider Baseball in December 2005. Becton was raised near Lubbock in the Petersburg community. She left the area after her husband graduated from Texas Tech and the family lived in several states before relocating back to Texas in the Houston area. Her sister and brother-in-law, Bill and Ida Bruington live in Petersburg.

Bhakta is a Lubbock native and is a 2000 graduate of Lubbock High School where he played both football and baseball. He has worked as an intern for the New York Jets of the National Football League. He is the son of Ishwar and Kanchen Bhatka and has two younger sisters Yamini and Vepa. He graduated from Texas Tech with a degree in exercise & sports science. Shishir and his wife, Purvi, were married on August 2, 2011.

Hughes is responsible for the baseball program's day-to-day operations and oversees every Tech baseball student-athletes' needs. He manages team travel, scheduling and the program's team budget. Hughes also oversees facility needs for the home of Red Raider baseball, Dan Law Field at Rip Griffin Park. Hughes serves as fall, winter and summer camp director for Texas Tech baseball and works as the baseball team liaison with every area and department throughout the Texas Tech athletics department. Hughes came to Texas Tech after a year at his alma mater, Oklahoma, as assistant director of event management (2011-2012). Hughes worked with all 21 intercollegiate athletics programs at OU in event management. Hughes spent significant time working with athletics administration, individual coaching staffs, sport administrators, athletics communications, ticket sales, athletics trainers, marketing and game officials to list a few. Hughes served as a student assistant coach with the Oklahoma baseball program in the fall of 2007 and following his post-graduate studies became a graduate assistant in the OU athletics department in January 2011. Hughes' relationship with head baseball coach Tim Tadlock dates back to the beginning of his collegiate playing career at Grayson County College (2004-05) when Tadlock served as the head coach of the junior-college program in Dennison, Texas. Hughes then joined Tadlock, during his time as an assistant coach, at Oklahoma for his final two years of collegiate baseball. Hughes was a two-year starter for the Sooners while helping OU to the 2006 Norman Regional championship and to the NCAA Super Regional at Rice. Following his senior season he signed a free-agent contract with the Kansas City Royals where he played during the 2007 season. Hughes' professional career came to an end following 2008 spring training due to an arm injury.

In the summer of 2007, Matthew assumed the additional title of athletic academic counselor for baseball. In this capacity, he monitors each student-athlete's progress toward graduation, athletic eligibility, and getting them the assistance they need to be successful students at Texas Tech. A native of Virginia, Matthew graduated from Baylor University with a business degree in management. He has a Master's in physical education from Texas Tech University. Matthew has worked at Texas Tech since 2000. He began his employment as an academic advisor for the Advising Center at Texas Tech (ACTT). After leaving ACTT, he worked as an advisor for the College of Mass Communications. Matthew is married to Vicki Jordan who works for the Lubbock Independent School District as a reading coach.

He came to UT Arlington from Seward County Community College, where he served four years as the sports information director covering seven nationally-ranked programs. While at Seward County, Lacefield was responsible for the athletic department's marketing and promotions, annual fundraising initiatives, Saints Booster Club memberships, athletic department website, photography, game-night basketball posters, game notes and design and production of six-annual media guides. Originally from Greeley, Colo., Lacefield graduated from Seward County C.C. with an associate's degree before completing his bachelor's degree in Mass Communications/Public Relations from the University of Science and Arts of Oklahoma. He earned his master's degree in Sports Administration from East Central University before becoming the first-ever SID at Seward County. Lacefield spent two years (2009-2010) working for Major League Baseball as a datacaster at Texas Rangers home games for Major League Baseball Advanced Media, providing live stats through the MLB Gameday application. In addition, Lacefield spent two years (2004-2006) as an assistant baseball coach at Seward County Community College. Lacefield is a current member of CoSIDA and the National Collegiate Baseball Writers Association. Scott and his wife, Ashley, have been married nine years and have a daughter, Tegan.

Joe has made stops during his career in athletics administration at Texas, Washington State, Oklahoma and Michigan before arriving at Texas Tech in 2011. Joe lettered four years for the Michigan swimming and diving program where he was a three-time All-American (1984, 1985, 1987). During his senior season, Parker earned both a gold and bronze medal at the 1987 World University Games in Zagreb, Yugoslavia. Joe and his wife, Jennie, have two children, Emma and Will.

Stephens, who is Sports Performance Nutrition (SPN) certified and Collegiate Strength and Coordinating Coach certified (CSCC), has served the Red Raider Baseball team for eight seasons. He designs and implements all phases of strength, conditioning, agility, power and speed development. Additionally, Stephens oversees the distribution of nutritional supplements and educates student-athletes on safe and NCAA compliant supplements. Along with baseball, Stephens also oversees women's basketball, football and soccer. He is a certified member of the Collegiate Strength & Conditioning Coaches Association. Stephens, who graduated from Texas Tech in 1998 with a degree in exercise and sports science, was a letterman in football, baseball and track at Sweetwater High School. Stephens and his wife, Trisha, are the parents of two sons, Trey and Trevor.
