LUBBOCK, Texas - The Texas Tech Lady Raiders enter the 1998-99 basketball season with a preseason ranking of #14 by the Associated Press poll, released on Friday. Kansas and Iowa State are the Big 12's other representatives in the top-25 listing. The Jayhawks can be found holding the 11th position while Iowa State is tied for 22nd.
