Lady Raiders Upset By Oklahoma

NORMAN, Okla. (AP) - Phylesha Whaley scored 25 points in Oklahoma's 82-76 victory over No. 13 Texas Tech on Saturday night.
Whaley was 8-for-12 from the field and 9-for-11 from the foul line to lead the Sooners, who shot 60.9 percent from the field as a team.
LaNeishea Caufield and Stacey Dales scored 15 points each for Oklahoma (11-3), which led Texas Tech (11-2) at halftime 36-30.
Texas Tech had five players in double digits, led by Katrisa O'Neal's 16 points. Aleah Johnson and Plenette Pierson each had 15, Melinda Pharies 13 and Keitha Dickerson 11.
Texas Tech shot only 33.3 percent of its shots in the first half, but improved to 54.5 percent in the second half to finish 43.9 percent for the game.
