Paradise Jam Match-Ups Announced

SEATTLE, Wash. - No. 13 Texas Tech will face No. 10 Penn State in the opening game of the Paradise Jam Tournament followed by No. 9 Louisiana State and No. 21 Southwest Missouri State in the U.S Virgin Islands, Basketball Travelers officials announced today.

Tech's game with Penn State is scheduled to tip-off at 4 p.m. CST on Nov. 24, while LSU and Southwest Missouri State will take the floor at 6:30 p.m. CST.

On Saturday, Nov. 25, the third-place game is scheduled for 4 p.m. CST with the championship game to follow at 6:30 p.m. CST.

The Lady Raiders will open the 2000-01 season by hosting Texas-Arlington on Nov. 20 at 7 p.m. at the United Spirit Arena. Texas Tech will then head south to St. Thomas, Virgin Islands for the Paradise Jam Tournament.
