Travel With Tech Baseball To Nebraska

LUBBOCK, Texas - Texas Tech head baseball coach Larry Hays announced today that the baseball program is selling 47 seats on the team charter to Nebraska for the weekend series March 22-24 in Lincoln, Nebraska.
Texas Tech will be chartering a 112-seat DC-9 to Lincoln on the morning of Friday, March 22nd with a return of Sunday evening March 24th. The charter will leave the Lubbock International Airport at 8:30 a.m. and will depart immediately following the conclusion of Sunday's game.
The total cost of the package per person is $350 and includes roundtrip airfare, ground transportation in Lincoln, two nights hotel accommodations and tickets to all three games. A payment of $185.74 (which covers air fare and ground transportation) is due to baseball secretary Monica Jarrett by Wednesday, March 6. Texas Tech has a block of rooms reserved at the Holiday Inn in Lincoln for a rate of $164.26 for both nights and the hotel is located next door to the Haymarket District. The Haymarket District features shopping areas, restaurants and movie theaters.
