LUBBOCK, Texas - The Red Raider Club announced today that it is sponsoring a charter to Boise, Idaho, for the Lady Raiders' Sweet Sixteen appearance this weekend.
The Lady Raiders advanced to the Sweet Sixteen after knocking off Stephen F. Austin and Mississippi State over the weekend in first- and second-round games at the United Spirit Arena in Lubbock. The Lady Raider face tonight's Oklahoma-Villanova winner Saturday in Boise.
The cost of the charter is $799 per person and includes hotel (double occupancy), airfare, ground transportation and game tickets. The charter will leave Saturday at 8:30 a.m. and return Monday night followed the regional championship game.
