LUBBOCK, Texas - The Texas Tech baseball game against New Mexico that was set for 5 p.m. tonight at Dan Law Field has been cancelled due to inclement weather in the Lubbock metro area.

Texas Tech will reschedule the game for a later date, however, the game most likely will not come against New Mexico. Texas Tech and New Mexico have one game remaining on this year's schedule on April 16 at 7 p.m. at Dan Law Field.

Texas Tech returns to action on Friday afternoon at 2 p.m. against the Nebraska Cornhuskers in a key Big 12 series at Haymarket Park in Lincoln, Neb.
