LUBBOCK, Texas - Can't wait for the first home game of the 2002 season? Then join the team and other Red Raider football fans in Columbus via the Pigskin Classic Charter as Texas Tech takes on Big Ten Conference power Ohio State in the season opener.
The Red Raiders and the Buckeyes face off in the NACDA Pigskin Classic Sat., Aug. 24, at 1:30 p.m. (CT) at Ohio Stadium in Columbus, Ohio.
The cost of the charter is $799 per person and includes two nights hotel accommodations, air and ground transportation, a game ticket and pregame reception. The Red Raider Club will have charters departing from Lubbock and Dallas Love Field at 7:30 p.m. Thu., Aug. 22. The charters will return immediately following the game.
For the golf enthusiast, golf packages will be available on the Ohio State University Scarlet and Gray Courses, the site of the 2002 NCAA Men's Golf Championships in May, and consistently ranked among the top collegiate courses in the country by Golf Digest. Golf packages will require an additional fee.
