LUBBOCK, Texas - Texas Tech women's basketball invites the public to attend its first open practice on Sunday, Oct. 19 from 2-4 p.m. at the United Spirit Arena.

Fans are invited to attend the first open practice to help the Lady Raiders tip-off the 2003-04 season. There will be free popcorn, drinks, prizes and giveaways. Watch the team workout and then meet with players and coaches at the autograph session following practice.

Tech will tip-off the 2003-04 season in the Preseason WNIT on Friday, Nov. 14 against Texas-San Antonio at 7 p.m. at the United Spirit Arena. Women's basketball season tickets are on sale now at the Athletic Ticket Office at 806-742-TECH or 1-888-GO BIG 12.
