Baseball Series With Texas-Pan American Cancelled

LUBBOCK, Texas - The Texas Tech-Texas Pan American baseball series scheduled for Wednesday and Thursday in Lubbock has been cancelled due to inclement weather. The southern portions of the state have been paralyzed due to an ice storm that will prevent the Broncs from making the trip to Lubbock.
Texas Tech also announced today that a fourth game with Northern Iowa has been added to the weekend schedule. The Red Raiders and Panthers will square off in a doubleheader beginning at 1 p.m. on Saturday.
Texas Tech will make up the second game lost to Texas-Pan American by playing two games against Wofford on Saturday, May 10 at 4 p.m. and 7 p.m.
Season ticket holders holding tickets for Wednesday and Thursday's games can redeem them for the second game against Northern Iowa on Saturday and for the first game against Wofford at 4 p.m. on Saturday, May 10.
