TOURNAMENT
- Texas Tech and Oklahoma State have met once in the Big 12 Tournament before tonight. The Lady Raiders defeated the Cowgirls 53-49 in the 1998 semifinals.
- Texas Tech now leads the all-time series 17-11. The Lady Raiders won both games against Oklahoma State this season.
- The No.11 seed is now 3-7 and the No. 3 seed is now 10-4
- Oklahoma State is now 6-7 at the Big 12 Tournament

TEXAS TECH
- Senior Plenette Pierson has now scored in double digits in 23 games this season. She also led the team in rebounding for the 13th time this season with nine tonight.
- Junior guard Jia Perkins has hit double digits in 28 games on the year.
- With the duo of Perkins and Pierson combining for 37 points, this marks the 25th time in 29 games this season that one of the pair has led Tech in scoring.
- Junior Natalie Ritchie broke into double figures for the 11th time this season.
- Freshman point guard Erin Grant registered five assists tonight; marking the 22nd time she has reached the five-assist mark on the year. She now has 199 on the season. *The Lady Raiders outscored the Cowgirls 43-20 in the second half. *This is the third consecutive game and 24th overall this season that Tech has shot over 40% from the field
- The 23-point win is the eighth largest in Big 12 Tournament history.
OKLAHOMA STATE
- Junior Trisha Skibbe led the Cowgirls in scoring for the 20th time this season as she poured in 22. This also marks the 12th time this season she has eclipsed the 20-point mark. Tonight also marks the 22nd time she has led OSU in rebounding registering 11 tonight. Skibbe's 22 points is her highest performance in Big 12 Tournament play.
- Skibbe's 2-4 mark from beyond the three-point line marks a career high in three point attempts (4) and in three point baskets made (2).
- Tonight's double double (22 points, 11 rebounds) is Skibbe's ninth of the season.
- With 22 points tonight, Skibbe moves into ninth place on OSU's all-time scoring list with 1,224 points.
- Oklahoma State has shot under 35% the last four consecutive games and seven out of the last eight.
- Guard Thia Willis fouled out for the second time this season.
- Senior guard Chantoya Hawkins broke into double digits for the seventh time on the year with 10 points
