Tech To Host Big 12 Tournament Flyaway Promotion

LUBBOCK, Texas - The Texas Tech Athletics Department will sponsor the "2003 Big 12 Baseball Tournament Flyaway Promotion" during the Friday night game against the Kansas Jayhawks at Dan Law Field.
One lucky fan in attendance will receive two roundtrip airfares from Lubbock to Oklahoma City for the upcoming Phillips 66 Big 12 Baseball Tournament May 21-25. The tournament is being held at the Bricktown Ballpark, home of the Oklahoma City Redbirds (Texas Rangers Triple A affiliate).
Texas Tech will also be in search of its first sellout of the 2003 season and tickets are currently available by calling the Texas Tech Athletic Ticket Office at 806-742-TECH. Tech and Kansas will play again at 2 p.m. on Saturday and will wrap up the three-game series at 1 p.m. on Sunday.
