LUBBOCK, Texas - Fourth-year head football coach Mike Leach will be the featured speaker at the annual Red Raider Club Kickoff Luncheon at the Lubbock Civic Center Aug. 28. The event, which will feature the entire Texas Tech football team, gets underway with lunch at 11:30 a.m. and the program beginning at 12:15 p.m.
