LUBBOCK, Texas - The Dallas and Houston Red Raider Clubs are inviting all Texas Tech fans to events featuring head football coach Mike Leach Thur., Feb. 5. The Dallas luncheon is schedule for 11:45 a.m.-1 p.m. at the DoubleTree Hotel (8250 North Central Expressway) and the Houston dinner will begin at 6:30 p.m. at Dave & Busters (6010 Richmond Ave.).
Leach will provide a football recruiting wrap-up of the Feb. 4 national signing day followed by a highlight video. Texas Tech football play-by-play announcer Brian Jensen will emcee the Dallas event.
Tickets for the Dallas luncheon are $25 and should be purchased through Dallas Red Raider Club representative Heather McVay at (214) 630-8324. Table sponsorships also are available. RSVP for the Dallas event is required by Mon., Feb. 2.
Houston dinner tickets are $20 and can be purchased by contacting Bud Brooks at the Houston Red Raider Club at (713) 467-5100. Deadline for purchasing tickets for the dinner is Thur., Jan. 29.
