LUBBOCK, Texas - Registration for the 2004 Mike Leach/ASCO Football Camps is underway and those wishing to participate are encouraged to do so by logging on to www.texastech.com for a registration form or contact the Texas Tech football office at (806) 742-4260.
The Strength & Conditioning Course kicks off the summer camps June 3-5 and is open to coaches and athletes. The Junior Camp is the first football camp and offers instruction to those in grades 3-8 from June 4-6. A Mini-Camp and Kicking Camp follow on June 6. The Mini-Camp is open to grades 11-12, while grades 7-12 are permitted to attend the Kicking Camp.
The Quarterback/Wide Receiver Camp, Defensive Skills Camp and Offensive Line Camp run from June 7-9 and are open to grades 7-12. The Senior Camp is open to grades 9-12 and is scheduled for June 9-11.
A $150 deposit must accompany the registration form and should be mailed to the football office. All full payments are due by May 31, 2004. A 10 percent discount is offered if 10 or more campers from the same school attend the same camp. All applications and paperwork must be mailed in together in order to receive the discount.
