LUBBOCK, Texas - Senior forward Catie Arsenault was named the 2003-2004 MVP for the Texas Tech soccer team. A transfer from Syracuse University in 2001, Arsenault is one of the most competitive players on the field. Her never say die attitude was an inspiration to her team. "She is the hardest working forward I've coached so far", said head soccer coach Felix Oskam. "We are certainly going to miss her intensity." Arsenault finished her career with seven goals, four assists and eighteen points in three seasons with the Red Raiders.
Ana Morton a freshman defender from San Antonio received the Coaches Award at the banquet. Morton, a late walk-on last Fall, played in ten games and started in three.
Also at the banquet the Red Raider Soccer team recognized their three seniors. Captain Kerri Campbell, co-captains Tiana Boyea and Catie Arsenault.
