Clark Dismissed From Lady Raider Basketball Team

LUBBOCK, Texas - Texas Tech head women's basketball coach Marsha Sharp released today that junior forward Jametra Clark has been dismissed from the Lady Raider program but will remain on scholarship until her expected graduation in December.
The statement from the women's basketball office is "Jametra Clark has been dismissed from the Lady Raider basketball program per coaches' decision. She will remain on scholarship through December when she is expected to receive her degree."
Clark, a native of Hale Center, Texas, averaged 4.5 points and 2.4 rebounds in her two seasons on the team. She appeared in 65 games the last two years, averaging 11.3 minutes a game.
As a policy, Sharp will not comment on this issue any further.
