Texas Tech and Tulane to Play Exhibition Doubleheader

LUBBOCK, Texas - The Texas Tech women's basketball team and the Tulane women's basketball team will play an exhibition doubleheader on Tues., Nov. 8. The Lady Raiders will take on Everyone's Internet at 6 p.m., while the Green Wave will play the Houston Jaguars at approximately 8:30 p.m. Both games will be played at the United Spirit Arena.
Texas Tech's game against Everyone's Internet was originally scheduled for 7 p.m., but has been moved to 6 p.m. to accommodate the doubleheader. Tech's game will be broadcast on the Texas Tech Television Network. The purchase of a Lady Raider game ticket will admit fans to both games.
The Lady Raiders will tip-off the regular season by hosting the State Farm Women's Tip-Off Classic on Sun., Nov. 13. The first game will feature Big 12 foe Baylor playing Georgia at noon, while Tech will face LSU at 2:30 p.m.
The Green Wave will start their season on Nov. 11 as they travel to West Texas A&M for a 7 p.m. contest.
