LUBBOCK, Texas - Texas Tech head women's basketball coach Marsha Sharp announced today that redshirt freshman Enrica Johnson underwent successful knee surgery today and will be sidelined for the rest of the season.
Johnson, a native of Waco, Texas, had an anterior cruciate ligament revision (an ACL revision) to her right knee. It was the same knee in which she had reconstructive ACL surgery done during her senior year in high school. She had appeared in just two games this season.
Johnson is expected to go through approximately six months of rehabilitation.
