LUBBOCK, Texas - Head Coach Nancy Todd and the Texas Tech women's volleyball team announced today its tentative 2005-06 schedule. The Red Raiders are set to open up play at the SMU Tournament followed by hosting their own tournament before conference play gets started on Wed., Sept. 14 against Baylor.
Tech has three non-conference games scheduled this season with the first against Rice, with the remaining two scheduled during conference play against Colorado State and Wyoming.
Tech's season will begin when it travels to Dallas,Texas, to play part in the SMU tournament featuring Oral Roberts, Stoneybrook and tournament host SMU.
Tech opens up spring play this weekend at the West Texas A&M Tournament in Canyon, Texas.
