LUBBOCK, Texas - In the wake of ABC's final six-day selection notice, FSN selected Texas Tech's game at Oklahoma for broadcast Saturday, the Big 12 Conference announced early this morning. The game marks the seventh televised game of the season for the Red Raiders.
Other games selected for broadcast Saturday include a pair of ABC games - Nebraska at Texas A&M, 2:30 p.m., and Texas at Kansas State, 7 p.m. - and FSN's 11:30 a.m. telecast of Baylor at Oklahoma State.
Non-conference games at UTEP (CSTV) and TCU (OLN) were broadcast as were conference games against Texas A&M (ABC), Missouri (TBS), Texas (TBS) and Baylor (FSN).
Texas Tech (6-4, 3-3) and Oklahoma (7-2, 4-1) have met on television each season since 1999 and nine out of 12 seasons since Big 12 play began in 1996. The Red Raiders enter Saturday's regular-season road finale fresh off of a 55-21 win over Baylor at home. The Sooners have won four straight since dropping a 28-10 decision to Texas on Oct. 7. OU defeated Texas A&M 17-16 over the weekend in College Station.
The Red Raiders wrap up the regular season Nov. 18 with a home date against Oklahoma State.
