David Dinsmoore pitched a season-high three innings tonight and earned his second win of the season.
The Red Raiders now have five last at-bat wins this season and all five have come at Dan Law Field.
Senior third baseman Joey Callender hit his first career home run this afternoon when he laced a two-run dinger in the third inning. Callender's home run came on the 340th at-bat of his Red Raider career.
Matt Smith is now tied with Tyler Reves for the team lead in home runs with seven. Smith gave Tech its first two runs of the game with a two-run blast in the third inning.
Today's 12-11 win over Texas Wesleyan marked the program's 1,300th all-time win. The Red Raiders are in their 56th season of collegiate baseball.
