Kristy Curry, Mike Leach To Throw Out First Pitches

LUBBOCK, Texas - Newly named Lady Raider Head Coach Kristy Curry and head football coach Mike Leach will throw out ceremonial first pitches this weekend at Dan Law Field as the Red Raiders play host to the Missouri Tigers.
Kristy Curry, who replaced Marsha Sharp on March 30, will make her first appearance on the mound at Dan Law Field as she will throw out the first pitch on Friday night prior to the series opener. Curry will be followed up by Mike Leach who will throw out the first pitch prior to the series finale on Sunday afternoon. Game time on Friday night is set for 6:30 p.m. while Sunday's game will get underway at 1 p.m.
Tickets for all three games of Tech's final home series of the season are available for purchase by calling the Texas Tech Athletics Ticket Office at (806) 742-TECH or online at www.texastech.com. Tickets can also be purchased at any area United Supermarkets/Select-A-Seat location or at the Dan Law Field Ticket Office two hours prior to each game.
