Women's Basketball Conference Schedule Announced

LUBBOCK, Texas - The Big 12 Conference has announced Texas Tech's 2007 women's basketball conference schedule. Texas Tech will open conference play at Baylor Wed., Jan. 3, and finish with Iowa State on March 1 in Lubbock.
Tech will host four conference opponents in January: Oklahoma State (Jan. 6), Texas A&M (Jan. 10), Missouri (Jan. 17) and Texas (Jan. 27). The Lady Raiders will play at Baylor (Jan. 3), at Oklahoma (Jan. 13), at Oklahoma State (Jan. 20) and at Kansas (Jan. 31) during the first month of league play.
February has the Lady Raiders hosting Baylor (Feb. 7), Kansas State (Feb. 11) and Oklahoma (Feb. 17), while traveling to Colorado (Feb. 3), Nebraska (Feb. 14), Texas A&M (Feb. 21) and Texas (Feb. 24). Tech will conclude regular-season play in Lubbock March 1 against Iowa State.
Tech's open date is Wed., Jan. 24.
The FSN television package, along with Texas Tech's third-tier package, has not been released. Dates and times are subject to change due to television coverage.
