LUBBOCK, Texas (AP) - Morenike Atunrase hit a jumper with 1:04 left Wednesday night to give No. 19 Texas A&M a 49-47 victory over Texas Tech.
The Aggies held Tech scoreless for the final 3 minutes.
Lenka Zimova scored 11 points and Takia Starks added 10 to lead the Aggies (10-3, 1-1 Big 12). Atunrase, the team's leading scorer, had five points and four rebounds in her second game since breaking her foot in early December.
Alesha Robertson had 14 points and 14 rebounds for Tech (10-6, 1-2). Chesley Dabbs added 11 points.
The game was tied 25-all at halftime.
Tech shot 29 percent from the field to 36 percent for the Aggies.
