LUBBOCK, Texas - Fans are encouraged to show their support for the Lady Raiders at the 2007 Phillips 66 Big 12 women's basketball championship by taking part in a team send-off from the team hotel in downtown Oklahoma City.

At 10:15 a.m. on Tues., March 6, the Texas Tech cheerleaders, pom squad and Raider Red will welcome fans at The Skirvin Hilton located at One Park Avenue. The team is expected at approximately 10:30 a.m.

Fans in attendance will receive free Lady Raider t-shirts and Texas Tech spirit beads while supplies last.

Ninth-seeded Texas Tech plays eighth-seeded Colorado at 12 p.m. on Tues., March 6, at the COX Convention Center. The winner of the game will face No. 1 seed Texas A&M in the quarterfinals on Wed., March 7, at 12 p.m.
