LUBBOCK, Texas - Texas Tech Football will hold its second annual Mike Leach-ASCO Fantasy Football Camp on August 3-4 at the Tech Football Training Facility and Jones AT&T Stadium. The camp is geared toward giving its attendees an insight into the world of Texas Tech Football.
Among some of the topics camp participants will learn are the ins and outs of the Texas Tech offensive and defensive philosophies, how to break down upcoming opponents, and gain a knowledge of the Red Raider strength, rehabilitation and academic programs. The camp also will feature guest speakers specializing in various areas of offense, defense, special teams and recruiting. Camp attendees will participate in drills at Jones AT&T Stadium and leave the camp with a complete understanding of how the Texas Tech Football program works.
"As our program continues to strive to be the best in the country, we would like to open our doors to what we consider the best college football fans in the country," Leach said. "To those that have been a part of the Texas Tech family and to those who have always desired to be, come join us as we kick off our first ever Mike Leach-ASCO Fantasy Football Camp."
Cost for the weekend camp is $1,350 and includes all meals, hotel accommodations for two nights and a Friday night social with Coach Leach. Campers also will receive a gift from Coach Leach and have the chance to win a road trip for two with the team to a Texas Tech road game during the upcoming season. A 50 percent down payment is required upon initial registration.
