Football Season Tickets on Sale April 24th

LUBBOCK, Texas - Season tickets for the 2007 Red Raider football season will go on sale to the general public Tues., April 24, through the Texas Tech Athletic Ticket Office located in the north end of Jones AT&T Stadium. Those who turned in seating requests in advance can learn their seat location by contacting the ticket office.
The ticket office also reported that 82 percent of last year's season ticket total was renewed during the early renewal period, reflecting 32,015 season tickets sold to date, which is ahead of last year's renewal pace. This number includes student seating and new season ticket requests. Additionally, less than 90 total club seats remain, including only 10 outdoor.
Texas Tech opens the 2007 home season Sept. 8 against UTEP and hosts Northwestern State (La.) for the second non-conference home game Sept. 29 at Jones AT&T Stadium. The home conference schedule gets underway with an Oct. 6 homecoming date against Iowa State followed by Texas A&M the next Saturday (Oct. 13). Colorado comes to town Oct. 27 and the Red Raiders close the regular season against Oklahoma on Nov. 17.
