Volleyball Heads to Houston to Compete in Spring Tournament

LUBBOCK, Texas- The Texas Tech volleyball team travels to Houston to compete in the Texas Tornado College Classic on April 14. The tournament will be held in the Texas Tornadoes facility.
A total of 21 teams will be competing in this year's College Classic. The Scarlet and Black will match up against LSU and SMU in the first rounds of the tournament pool. The team will begin play on Sat., April 14, at 10 a.m. and 11 a.m., respectively.
With the entire tournament beginning at 12:30 p.m., the winners of the No. 1 pool will advance to the Gold bracket to finish competition. They will be followed by the No. 2 pool in the Silver bracket, and the No. 3 pool will wrap up play in the Bronze bracket.
