LUBBOCK, Texas - Texas Tech head women's basketball coach Kristy Curry has indefinitely suspended sophomore guard Raquel Christian effective immediately.

Christian had appeared in 23 games this season and was averaging 4.8 points and 2.3 rebounds per game.

As a policy, Curry will not comment on this issue now or in the future.
