- The 11-run loss is the worst loss to Texas A&M since falling 16-4 March 12, 2000 in College Station.
- Sophomore shortstop Chris Hall had two of the Red Raiders' five hits and picked up his sixth multiple-hit game of the year.
- The Aggies opening hitter got on-base seven out of eight innings today. The only inning the Aggies did not get their first batter on was in the seventh.
- Texas Tech set a season-high with five hit batters today.
- Texas A&M now leads the all-time series, 86-52.
