Schedule Change for Red Raider Round Up

LUBBOCK, Texas - The Red Raider Round Up sponsored by Aim Bank had to make some last minute revisions to the schedule due to Hurricane Ike and has added a Big 12 team to the mix.
Hurricane Ike forced McNeese State to evacuate to other universities and therefore unable to make the tournament. Oklahoma has been added to the tournament. This makes things interesting for Tech because on Friday, at 7 p.m., the Red Raiders will host its Big 12 conference opener when it faces Oklahoma.
Tech will also play TCU on Friday at 11 a.m. and then play New Orleans at 1:30 p.m. on Saturday. The other matches are TCU vs. UNO at 4:30 p.m. on Friday, TCU vs. OU at 11 a.m. on Saturday and OU vs. UNO at 11 a.m. on Sunday.
The Big 12 conference opener will take the place of the originally scheduled Nov. 15th matchup. All games can be seen on Gametracker by going to www.texastech.com.
